Welcome to Mi Salud Wellness Center
We are a nonprofit organization providing varied health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness services in the heart of the Feltonville Community in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
What do we offer the community?
The focus of our wellness center is to offer community services to address the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of individuals and families. Some of the services include:
Lifestyle workshops on health promotion & chronic disease prevention. (Diabetes, Heart disease, Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, etc.) Some classes include exercise, healthy cooking, and more (offered by Lifestyle coaches, Health and Fitness coaches)
Nutrition Consultations
Youth and Family Programs
Preventive Health Screenings (BP, Cholesterol, Glucose)
Immigrant Resources
Social Services:
Food Bank- distribution of fresh fruit, vegetables, canned & boxed goods
Clothing Drive- distribution of clothing, shoes, etc.
North Philadelphia Resource Hub- PDPH-City of Philadelphia resources & referrals
Spiritual Enrichment
Senior Adult Resources & Programs- in partnership with different Organizations
Mental/Behavioral Health Consultations- Coming Soon!
*All services offered by the wellness center are open to the public, all populations & age groups will be served regardless of race, creed, or religion. Most programs and services are free of charge, no insurance is needed. The services are offered in English and Spanish languages.

Free AT-HOME COVID-19 & HIV Test Kits Monday - Friday
We offer free AT-HOME COVID-19 & HIV test kits, Monday through Friday. No ID or insurance required. Connections to isolations and quarantine help.
HOURS:
MONDAY - THURSDAY: 9 am - 4 pm FRIDAY: 8:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Mi Salud Wellness Center extends our sincerest gratitude upon receiving a Community Champions Grant from the Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity-City of Philadelphia.
With this grant we'll be able to continue to offer health programs and services to the community.

Our name was chosen based on the focus of the center which is "total health and well-being of the individual and families"
"Mi Salud” is spanish for “My Health” - that is to say that my health matters, my health has to be taken care of, and my health encompasses my whole environment.
